Phone & broadband connection

I need to get a phone line with unlimited broadband connection in Carvoeiro house. Any suggestions as to which provider is best would be appreciated

we have just gone sattelite broadband and phone , wish we had one it years ago , call 910730636 . let us know what you think of the package ?

Alternative is to get a dongle and top up as and when you need it. Or guess your neighbour's wifi password.

I've tried that. If I hang over the balcony with the laptop stretched out to a dangerous distance, I can sometimes pick up the wi-fi from that new restaurant next door to O Patio!

If this is meant to be a great deal how come no one has commented, the advert on ADN does not seem to be a very competative option for the average household.

as a uk installer for this type of product i can assure you it can work well, we dont get too many problems with twoway equiptment most problems we get calls about could be condenced into 2 areas

up front cost and install

people on broad band [wired by telco] dont have any upfront equiptment costs [or minmal]

using too much data

most telco provides provide huge allowable limits on data dowloads and uploads on twoway broadband you pay for what you get if your going to upload films it could be costly

yes it is more expensive than wired telco broadband but it is a replacement that works for your wired slow/intermittant broadband and always factor into the cost you dont need to pay for a telephone landline line that you may not use anyway

using a cell phone is more expensive than a landline but loads of people do it some pay £400 for a iphone too
