Looking for 2 weeks between those dates.

I know someone who moved to Majorca and did just this. They paid £5k ( in the times of E1.48 rate) for a year plus utilities)...

Would anybody be able to tell me how much a 12 month rental on a 2 or 3 bed house with own or communal pool would cost ?

Also what other bills would likely to be ?

Easy to deal with, and ( touch wood ) have never had a problem.

The municipal pool at the sports complex in Alvor is VERY cheap asa are all their facilities, all very good as well.
