We do have one at presant but he is not up to much and costs a lot for what he does.

I have today spoken with our managing agent and he is adamant we need a EPC to let short term.
Do you have any more info regarding "tecnico" you could provide please biffa?

Our managing agents email suggests we need one to rent.
I know in the UK they are needed for the sale of a house but you need one to let or Sell a commercial property in Uk.
I assume the rules are different in Portugal.
Does anybody have details of a local assessor?

I have been told the same as you have read by our managing agent and they have quoted us 500 euros plus IVA.( 3 bed villa or larger)

We bought 4 beds from Moveis Malheiro they were very helpful .After they delivered we wanted to change the style of two of the beds and they did it the next day. I would highly recommend them. One of the girls speaks very good English.

We have just ordered some single beds, 2 divan and 2 wooden framed from Movies Malheiro. They are in the middle of Malheiro which is just north of the Hospital at Portimao. They can deliver the same day if they have them in stock.

I think there are two/three new developments in Mato Serrao one could be a Hilton appartment complex its in front of Villa Nova. One of the others is Hibiscus Gardens - two bed appartments and three/four bed villas.There is also a third development on land between Villa Nova and Solferias I do not K...
