We are coming out in September and I wondered whether the new restaurant on the road between Julios and Rocha Brava has finally at long last been finished.If so,has anyone been and whats it like?

Just got back from a week in CVO and and ate at Mistral on 2 occasions.Lovely ambience in a most unusual setting with very friendly service and good food,Well worth a visit.

I take it Carla is Algarve born but whats her cooking like?

Hi Cath We are flying in 10 days time from Leeds Bradford with Jet2 and it takes 3 hours.On their website their flights from Manchester to Faro are 2hours 55 minutes so its at least 5 minutes consolation for being on the wrong side of the Pennines.Only joking-I worked for 10 years in Manchester and ...

Thanks for your replies-as soon as I saw the name I remembered it.

I am surprised there are no reviews of it considering that nearby restaurants,O Farol,Julios and Jardim do Farol have all received coverage.

Any reasons apart from the obvious?

I put it down to old age but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the pizzeria/restaurant which is directly opposite the entrance to Rocha Brava and it happens to be one of the few restaurants which we have not been to.

Can anyone help with the name and any experiences they may have had?
