I had a flight booked for the 31st march with Ryanair which was cancelled 10 days ago. I opted for a refund that when I eventually got on to the website is promised in six weeks! They want to keep your money as long as possible

: travelling to CVO tomorrow. Just wish I'd got over there before the start of the pandemic. I'd rather be in lockdown in my garden in Carvoeiro than here in the UK

We went in August, service was very slow and the menu wasn't very interesting. As they had only recently opened I hope it was just teething troubles. Its a nice restaurant so hope it does well and will definitely try it again.

I too had a badge (till it fell off) and had great fun spotting other wearers and working out who they were.

I wouldn’t chose villa Medici for children. It used to be kid friendly but last year it dropped its kids menu and you have to pay for an adult meal. Also there are a few lambrettas around which are very tempting for children to climb on. Nice restaurant but wouldn’t be my choice for children anymore

Well I think you will find ‘mug’ that the purpose of this board is to discuss and pass on recommendations on restaurants, and as taste is new in that it has relocated, it is obviously of interest

We visited the new location on the out road last weekend and it was fab The found couldn't be faulted and they have made a lovely job of the interior. There were also several vegetarian options but note to chef.... soup of the day was a lovely mushroom and usually a safe bet for a vegetarian however...
