Friends of ours had their wedding at Vale d'Oliveiras last year. The gardens were beautiful and they said the management and staff were fantastic

Lamby - you will have a wonderful relaxing holiday at VDO. The indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna will all be open and the reataurant is excellent (we have booked for their New Years eve do) You could also pamper Mrs Lamby in the spa.

Stick to FAST. Leave the tongue to A&E/Stroke docs. But good idea to spread the word on FAST as much as possible. I still get people in on a Monday who have had a small stroke at the weekend but didn't think it was serious. Not much anyone can do by then.
