I have once moved with my cat too, and we also took the plane to the new location of our house and it wasn't a big problem for our cat too. She needed a day to recover from the stress but that was it. Driving in the car is stress for those animals too and so with the plane it is over sooner.

My husband just recently sent flowers to his Portugese Cousin with the Serenata flower delivery. They are London based but seem to have branches in different European countries. Prices was ok and the flowers seem to have looked nice - at least our relative was pleased

Swimming with dophins of course sounds like a fun thing to do, but I always think of the poor animals and this has made me not try out something like this so far.
