Maybe I'm getting confused with another issue but if you buy another property in Portugal within 2 years does it not remove the capital gains tax liability?

Thanks to everyone for all the info. After a long weekend trawling all the shops and retail parks, we have finally got round to ordering sofas and a bed. I agree with all the postings on here about Sofa VIP, Sylvia couldn't have been more helpful, I would recommend the shop to anyone. :D However end...
