Morning, my kitten went missing last night near the Cepsa petrol station on the carvoeiro/Lgoa road. She´s about three months old, black and tan with brown eyes, extremly friendly and is Called Dora. If you find her please drop her off at the petrol station. Thanks

Iceland have a largish stock of frozen vegetarian items quorn fillets veggie burgers, bean burgers,etc their haloumi (??) and tofu is cheaper. Intermache and all the other supermarkets are VERY expensive when it comes to anything veggie. I had a lovely recipie for courgette, potato and feta patties ...

Intermaché for meat although I use this the most as it's on my route Continente for rest, excellent points card Aldi when we want something different Pingo Doce when you've got time to kill and want to spend a good 5 mins waiting for them to decide to open another till !!
