Will you be looking to keep the prices reasonable to attract the customers to stay for more than one drink, or will you be doing what most bar owners seem to be doing and fleece the tourists for as much as they can for a short season?

Unfortunately we didnt get out to CVO this year, and i was wondering how things went this year tourism wise. Were the numbers up or down, and were the prices hiked or stable. I know that the previous year tourism was down about 15 to 20% but i was wondering how it all went.

Thats very concerning that break ins are happening when residents are asleep. The property we stay in tends to have a triple lock which when opened by the key makes a clanking sound. I have to admit though even when all the shutters are down, the bedroom doors are open and the coffee table is agains...

Have to say yet again that it seems that the traders in CVO are pricing themselves out of business. I noticed last year the many of the bars etc were not only empty but charging high prices for drinks etc. I can only agree with what has been said in the past, that they are all hiking their prices up...

I think that you will find that Intermarche prices will be pretty competitive now the season is coming to an end.

The Clubhouse is nice, but the course is no better than any Council run Municiple, not that cheap for 9 holes, i think we payed 40 Euros each and we kicked (sorry Teed off at 8.15)

For Info, if you are anywhere near Rocha Brava, avoid the little supermarket there like the plague (one next to the fountain). There prices are ridiculous and totally over priced, as that is the only shop in the area. Need a bit competition i think

If you do get it up and running, keep the prices down and you will get more people in, often than not a number of bars charge high prices to make as much as they can during the busy months and customers feel they are not getting value for money.
