I think you get exemption for 6yrs (on a new build) if you are resident - but I'm not entirely sure. Seems a lot to me. I am tryng to budget for when we finally have to start paying this tax. I also read on one website the tax was only bi yearly. All very confusing...

Try Pebble pools based in Lagos. Their pools are totally differnent.

After extensive research...they seem to offer the best option for us. they have been operating here in the ALGARVE 9 years and seem to be a well respected company in the industry.
