OK. Now I'm confused. Julios and Jardin are about 600 metres apart. Anybody eaten in both and could give a comparison. Price, ambience, quality.

I've had a couple of average meals in Julios so would like to have a benchmark to compare against. Oh, and has the new one in between opened yet?

Omega 3 'oils ' are essential fatty acids, which means that the body cannot make them. They are found primarily in fatty fish.
