Re: WiFi
Do you have to have a phone line for Internet or can you do it through a dongle like in UK?

Kitchen
Can anyone recommend somewhere I can buy a quality kitchen that is reasonably priced. I only have a very small galley kitchen so don't want anything fancy.

Does anyone know the dates of the Black and White party for 2017. We are wanting to arrange our holiday so we can go to it?

New Flooring
I am looking at replacing the old clay tiles in my little villa. My other half thinks we should lay the new on top of the old and raise doors to accommodate the rise in the floor. I am thinking of ripping the whole floor up and putting a new floor in. We don't have a huge budget, but I want to do it...

Re: Monte Dourado or Rocha Brava
I don't have inside knowledge of either site, but did look at an apartment on MD which was lovely, but condo fees for the year were high. It is on a steep hill but it is in the town centre. RB is close to Centeanes, but is a bit of a trek to town centre. What about looking at Quinta do Paraiso on th...

Re: Restaurante O Flamingo
We went there whilst on holiday a couple of weeks ago and had a superb meal. Going back to CVO at the end of May again and will definitely have another meal. So friendly and good food.

Property Management
I am hoping to purchase a small property on a resort in CVO and the last piece in my research is to find a reliable property management company. I am hoping to rent out during the summer months and use it during the low months. I am getting conflicting info on management charges, from 80 euros per m...
