Is the sales office still open? As their website http://www.rochabravaproperty.com/ has not been working for over a month now.

They don't appear to advertise details of property without registering with them, though.

I noticed the site was down too.The link advised above just goes to a Rocha Brava page with no details of properties.
I have friends interested in owning who have given up looking there and viewing elsewhere.
It would be odd to put barriers in front of viewers in terms of enforcing registration. They could invite registrations with alerts.
The whole site could benefit from an upgrade to show better size and more attractive photos etc and mirror the better estate agent sites. With people viewing from abroad it needs to do a really top job to attract viewings, including more general content about the benefits of owning there and about the local area.

My wife and I spent 5 lovely days here just before the storms arrived. A lot of work has been done on the resort over the winter and everywhere is looking immaculate. Will be back in a few months time for a longer stay.
