Has any other owners encounted the now rude and lack of attetion and coutersy us owners are reciving form all the rocha brava staff in the office, including the management,Is this because they want us all to sign these management contracts of theres?? I know many owners who have refussed.
If they were to improve on there maid service and pay a little more rent to us owners maybe more of us would rent with them.
I would like to here other owners comments

I have to disagree with the last comment.

Having just returned from my property on Rocha Brava I can only say that I have found the staff very helpful, friendly and courteous as always.

Having owned property on Rocha for two years now we have found the staff in general to be more than helpful. In general they are pleasant and accomodating and Lourdes in particular is very friendly and welcoming. We only visit two or three times a year (came back yesterday) and the staff always recognise us straight away.

Of course some things can be improved upon but none of us live in a perfect world.

Rocha Brava is in our opinion the best complex in Carvoeiro and people who have rented directly off us share this opinion - keep up the good work.

I have always found the management very friendly, efficient and more than helpfull. Its very rare that any have an 'off day' and I have always found them friendly and warm. Their ability to deal with numerous requests from people of all nationalities and languages still amazes me.

No problems to report from our family about the management. There seem to be the usual friendly smiles on arrival and considering how extensive the complex is, the staff seem to cope admirably. Yes, there have been a couple of hiccups, but hey, not worth our friend's outburst. The old story - if you don't enjoy your stays at Rocha Brava, find somewhere else. And if you want to sell your place on RB, I know a man who might be interested in buying..... please give us details if you do.
Happy holidays!

Completely disagree with comments on Rocha Brava staff
and maid service.
The writer is correct, in that if Rocha Brava gave more rent to
owners, we would ALL use them. Perhaps the writer should
write to the MD of Rocha Brava.
