Check if Maxime is open, we spent New Years Eve there a couple of years ago and it was excellent.

Taste have issued their Christmas Day and New Years Eve menus. I picked up copy from Hemingway’s bar in Carvoeiro, can’t remember costs but New Year was dearest! Fixed menu, no choice other than take it or leave it!!
