Seeking some Restaurant advice

Hope someone might be able to answer one of two of my questions.

Is the Pearl of atlantico going to re-open as an Indian restaurant? Never tried it before but wouldn't mind having another Indian to chose from.

Really enjoy the food in a lot of the restaurants but end up spending a fair few quid on the wine as I normally end up selecting some of the more expensive ones. Does anyone have any good recommendations for reasonably priced Portugese wine, I believe some of the house wines are really good.

Love the Steak House, the steak on the stone is hard to beat
