John Braddock, Thameside.

Does anyone remember John Braddock who used to run Thameside restaurant back in the 80's? If so, what happened to him? He had a very pale wife, if my memory serves me correctly.

And two large sons, he used to sing opera in Smilers

They went back to the UK a few years ago

also used to do a wonderful sunday roast with all the trimmings , now maximes i think.

I remember Thameside mainly because my Dad had his dinner dropped in his lap by John Braddock's daughter-in-law. He had 3rd degree burns on his thighs and groin and I don't think John Braddock even offered him a drink on the house. When we got back to the villa my Dad had mushrooms in his shoes. Great times.
