You should give your real name & a contact address & number so that people can verify who you are. You say you are setting up a new venture, is that a business or a charity? Are you setting yourself up as an official charity?
There are plenty of legitimate charity shops that desperately need decent things to sell to raise funds & volunteers to help in the shops & at the kennels etc., especially at this time of year.
