Any space by road from UK and back?

Does anyone know of a car or van travelling from the UK around 5th to 15th December? I am looking for transport for a dog to be bought out to the Algarve, she has a travelling crate and is a very well behaved girl. Her owners would contribute towards the expenses. Also looking for a return ride for her around the 1st week of January 2011.
