We occaisionally help out a friend who has an property site .
They would like to add more Carvoeiro properties to their listings due to increased demand
We are back in Carvoeiro for a few weeks next month and if any forum member would like to discuss listing their property please PM us and we can make the necessary arrangements.
The demand seems to be for 3/4 bed villas with pools around the E300,000 level.

The enquiry level from potential buyers has probably not been as high for years.
