IMI Tax and Fiscal rep

Hey, how much you property owners paying your fiscal rep
my wife and I jointly own a property with another couple and we
are paying €200.00 to our fiscal rep - who asks once a year
to pay around €196.00 IMI Tax and for that privilege we
have to pay him the €200.00 - seems a tad expensive
just for handling one payment - anyone else got any idea
how much a fiscal rep normally charges, are these
charges reasonable - we never make any profit on our apartment
either
Does anyone know what the going rate is for a fisacl rep
and would you recommend anyone
