I've just googled it and it is near Benagil which is a lovely spot but a bit isolated unless you have a car. The villa looks great in the pictures. Hope you have a nice time.

Welcome to the site, we all know you will surely have a great vacation when you arrive soon.
There is plenty of information on this site to help make your stay wonderful, just make sure you peruse this site well and take note of where to eat and where not as advised.
A car has been mentioned that will make your stay more enjoyable, suggest you book this up first, so as to avoid excessive costs etc. Taxis prices are reasonable though.
Happy hols.

Thanks for the reply! we already have a car booked into the price of the villa, my bf hasnt drove abroad before, are the roads bad in portugal or are they about normal as everywhere else? ive saw some pics of the villa, looks very nice. cant wait for a break. Hope the villas not too far from the main bit of carveiro but i suppose we can always drive there or get a taxi if we've been drinking :P can anybody reccomend any pubs? and maybe if theres any for young people, i heard from somebody there was a foam party but not sure if its still there. hope everybody has a good time if theyre going over soon thanks x

Hi Scottishtacey... as far as i no the foam party is in Bote nightclub located on the beach (the only nightclub in carvoeiro) and it is on every Wednesday.
I hope you have a great time, there are plenty of bars to suit everyones tastes just take a walk around the town and pop in to one that takes your fancy.

Might see you there

Take the road that goes to the N125 at the International School and turn right. The very first Pottery place on the right has a little cafe that is open from 11am to 3pm and they do brilliant salads. My favourite is the Baccus Breakfast. It's run by a Brit called Morag and well worth a visit.

We stayed at this villa on our first visit to Carvoeiro. It is typical Portugese and the pool and barbeque area are a decent size. You will need the car to get into town, taxis will come and pick you up from the villa if you want to have a drink. The directions from the tour operator were pretty good, the villa is down a left hand turn just off the road, go down about 50 yards down the dirt track and on the right hand side. We returned to the villa the following year and then bought an apartment because we fell in love with Carvoeiro, hope you like it as much as we do.
