Tee Times Golf Agency

I booked 25 tee times through this agency in May. They quoted 1388 euro which I paid by credit card. When my c/c bill arrived I found that Tee Times had converted the payment into sterling at a rate which was beneficial to them.
Has anyone else come across this practice and, other than not using them again, is there anything I can do about it?

If the price agreed was in euros then the transaction should have been completed on this basis and the conversion to GBP should have been made by your credit card company.

I suggest you contact your credit card company immediately and dispute the charge. If you have written evidence of the transaction or cost then send them a copy.

Thanks for the advice.
I did contact my credit card company, who were uninterested as they just complied with the payment request. They were not interested in the companies sharp practice.
It seems all I can do is warn others(I will write to national press) to be careful if they are thinking of using Tee Times Golf agency. I won't be using them again!!
