Jorge at Algar Seco Parque

Where's Jorge gone? Very dissapointed on our last visit to find out that head waiter / front of house, Jorge, was gone from the Algar Seco Parque restaurant. Stunning setting for lunch, excellent pices and Jorge's service topped it all off. Does anyone know if he's gone to another restaurant?

His name is Joao and openend his own Restaurant "Estrela do Mar" 4 years ago. Last summer he had the next try with the "Vimar", I guess

Jorge and his brother George (kitchen) were the followers of Joao in 2008
I didnt know that there is a change again at Algar Seco Bistro

Jorge gone but rest of the staff still the same. Am out again this weekend so will try to find out then.
