Queen's Diamond Jubilee
Queen's Diamond Jubilee
Hi all. Together with two other people I am in CVO over the weekend of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations in June. Personally, I am not too bothered. However, the other two in my party are keen to watch and participate in any festivities. We have the neccessary TV channels in our accomodation to watch on television but I was wondering if any of the bars frequented by ex pats were planning anything? Just a thought and maybe an opportunity to have a few more beers than usual. Ta

The only way her Maj will get on the TVs in the bars is if she signs up for Manchester United!

She could sign for Glasgow Rangers, then she would be like everyone else ..... not knowing where her future lies ! !
Do you really need an excuse for a few more beers ? Make your own enjoyment, re-enact the Battle of Hastings.

very very luck to only 1 goal behind going into the second leg.
Re: Queen's Diamond Jubilee
Whilst I am none the wiser I love the replies. Now planning a full re-enactment of The Battle Of Hastings in CVO Square. Now that would be fun !!
