Live ones, i wouldnt have a clue - try the donkey sanctuary? for porcel;ain ones the market in the town between the in/out rd wouls seem the best local source - otherwsie CASA GRANDE ~7km on the N125 towards Faro

Try buying a normal pig and chop its legs off at the knees, - or just cut out the middle man and buy one of those ham on the rolls entire.

There may be certain rules/regulations regarding keeping/rearing pigs in a non-farming situation.
They are quite good for clearing up human waste, be it food or excreta. Medieval villages always had pigs roaming around doing just that.
