The Fatacil one was there last time I looked. They have a gym at the Tennis Club.

The gym opposite the Fatasil in Lagoa has air con (not that brilliant but at least cooler than outside!) the gym at the tennis club has no air con and is like a sauna in the summer.
Re: Is there a gym in Carvoeiro
My husband and teenage boys have sampled most of the gyms in the area, and the best currently is the one opposite the fatacil
The do a weekly rate, I think its 15 euros and you can go as often as you like.much cheaper than the one at the tennis club.

Is there one in the Tivoli ? If there isn't, he could always come and dig my garden.
Re: Is there a gym in Carvoeiro
I don't think the monthly fee at the tennis club gym includes classes, there is a card that covers both though. The aerobics class is very popular (Tuesdays and Friday at 9.30am).fulhambabe wrote:Thanks for that Jamie.i think i will do that, with that can i got to the classes as well. Now the hard part is putting my trainers and gym stuff in the suitcase without husband seeing .

There is also a gym at Vale d'Olivieras (the resort near Gramacho golf course). They do weekly and monthly memberships and ou can also pay by the day. Great swimming pool and spa with treatments too
