Ellie
Re: Ellie
Sad news. Ellie made an enormous contribution to this forum and through her postings, jottings and books made a contribution to many people's lives. It would be nice if the forum could have a permanent memorial in some way.

Re: Ellie
Very sad to hear about Ellie's passing. Both mine and Gary's thoughts are with her family at this time...

Re: Ellie
Steen, can I just mention that I know from her Son that it is to be a natural burial (she will be buried next to Hub) in a natural burial ground so any flowers and wrappings etc have to be biodegradable.Steen Jakobsen wrote:Very sad. I'll arrange for funeral flowers from the forum.
If anyone is in that area I know her Son would love as many of the Cvo forum members to attend if at all possible. I do hope some of you can go.

Re: Ellie
I believe the funeral is in Kent ......it would be interesting to know how she got from Spilsby in Lincolnshire, down to Kent.
Where in Kent??
It's sad that she has had a relatively early death, I think that she was only in her 60s, but she had suffered ill health for most of the last 10 years.
Maybe, after losing her husband, she just lost the will to carry on.
I hope that she is now in a much happier and pain free place.
