Portuguese translation please?

We have been coming to CVO for many years and still struggle to buy the right steak at the supermarket, can any one please tell me the translation for Sirloin and Fillet steak. Sometimes we hit lucky and then other times have no idea what we have asked for. Many thanks. Only 11 days to go - whoppee

Fillet steak is bife file or tipo de bife, sirloin is bife contra file, rump steak is alcatra or lombo, rib eye is contra file de costela. There is another popular steak which is bife costelatas (veal rib eye. very good and quite cheap €8.97 kilo at pingo)
