Beware TELEDESINFESTAÇAO
We had an infestation of cockroaches and as this company offered the quickest response we accepted their quote of € 140. They arrived on time and spent 20 minutes spraying drains and internal pipework (i.e equivalent to € 420 per hour !).
However the problem was not completely solved so we asked for a revisit to which they agreed. They DID NOT TURN UP but when I phoned to see what had happened I was told they had been but could get no reply and gone away again ! My wife and I were here all the time, no one phoned or rang the door bell even though we had opened the gate for them.
They refused to budge and wanted another € 140 to come to finish the job !!
If you have any pest problem DO NOT TOUCH TELEDESINFESTAÇAO - there are other companies and the Camara will treat it free although not as promptly.
