Passport control

We were over in July and the wait at passport control
on arrival was horrendous.
Does anyone know if they’ve improved.

Judging from posts on the Carvoeiro Facebook group its hit and miss. Weekends look worst but that was in August Ought to improve now that school holidays are generally over.

We fly out Wednesday morning, so fingers crossed it’s a little quieter this time.

Well didn’t need to worry! Landed at 11.00 this morning and straight through passport, no queue at all.

Yes, we came on tuesday, queues looked large, but all through in 10 minutes.

As for after 10 November when you need fingerprinting as well.....
