Well Gambrinus you really know how to depress a person don't you.

all I can see out of the window lately is clouds. And every morning I have to pray my car will start coz she sont like damp. and you are advertising my favourite place and me with no holidays left. ahhhh well hope the lottery gods are looking kindly on me this weekend. :lol: :lol:

Clouds, what are clouds? Its been so long I seem to have forgotten what clouds, rain or even wind look/feel like. (dropped ash on my terrace last night and this morning it was all still there :shock: )

Actually, now that you mention it... :lol:

My Bournemouth experience sums up as follows: the weather was bad, the trais were late, I was not allowed to smoke anywhere, the food was unhealthy, it was all very expensive....
If I want to see the sea or chat to a couple of friendly brits in a pub whilst sipping on a pint of lager, I can just as well stay in the Algarve.

You are right though, if i had not gone there, I may well have forgotten what bad weather looks like. :shock: :lol:

We're going back next week for a couple of days -not sure whether to look forward to our trip or not!!

We are going over to CVO for a few days next week and are definately looking forward to it. As per a previous post, Ktee, do you know the current opening times of the Intermarche. Thanks.

I think they are now opening 9-9, 7 days a week inc holidays (1st and 8th Dec)

Have to confess that I don't do the shopping too often, my other half takes care of all our catering arrangements!
