Faro Airport - RIP OFF

Not for First time I have been ripped off by those GREEDY authorities at Faro Airport.

Would you believe it if I advised that you'll get charged in the Departures Lounge ( upstairs) a WHOPPING Eur 2.05 for a small packet of Hula Hoops
for our kids. Everything there is 4/5 times the normal price.

Come prepared with your own foods in case your flight is delayed in busy months of July August and September you'll be as shocked as we were.

What a shame as It will leave you with a "sour taste" prior to your departure . The Tourism authorities need to review as this airport
is giving Algarve a bad name and is still lagging behind in a number
of other ways too.


Get wise Faro - as your short-sightnedness is upholding a bad
image for vacationers like us who paid a holiday to your shores
last week.

On arriving in Faro last year I was not impressed with the price of a can of pop €1-80 from a machine. this year i'll take drinks with me

That is not only at Faro, but at every airport: exactly the same or even worse.

Funny ...sounds just like .... Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted etc etc etc.
BAA airports really know how to take money off punters !!!
(we like little airports like Bournemouth !!)
