I have inferred that Cowboy is for sure not from College Station like I was stationed for a while a few decades ago. He's much too bright and sardonic for him to be among people running around campus in knee-high boots and building annual pagan silly bonfires and saying a 'Traditional' "howdy" to perfect strangers who they will probably not cross paths again in their campus life.

He could just be from Austin as he knows a bit of French, Les Amis

Looks like I am the tie-breaker....
"Guests", should be able post and recieve posts on the General Board,

but for every thing else, the poster should be " Regesterd"(sp)
.....They can Look but they cannot Post...
unless they are "One Of US"
(and we know who "They" is)....

Okay, that took a while to read through (I must be going cross-eyed or something).
