when living there we always got a take away from O'Casaroa, on the edge of Lagoa..I always thought they did the best chicken piri piri (half a chicken)& superb Almond tart...

We went to that restaurant this summer ( our favourite piri piri in Silves being closed ).
There was nothing wrong with it but we prefer our chicken cooked with the sauce on it rather than this coming as an extra to normal grilled/BBQ chicken.
Service was good as was the value. The only down when eating outside is the noise of the traffic on the main road

Best BBQ'd ribs are here in Holland at our local village bar " The Fox" in Voorburg. Tried Oasis, very nice but certainly not the best on the planet.
