Whats this Bow wow stuff ? is it as in 'daddy wouldnt buy me ' a bow bow?
Best bands ever were ELO and Status Quo :!:

What’s this “best band ever” talk? You are obviously intoxicated with your own ego, drunk with a sense of your own importance.

If you are honest with yourself, you know there is room for improvement here. Try using phrases like “my favourite band” or perhaps “best band ever in my opinion” and you can enjoy a feeling of true self-worth. You can do it old chum.

Digger, being a litte concerned about you I showed your last posting to me to a trick cyclist friend of mine and he reckons there is enough material for a whole conference, are you up for it. Incidentally I'm going to be in CVO for the spring and would love to meet you over a pint and a pickle to discuss my educational shortcomings. I'm only a little bloke with a very large......................... :?:
Ellie, you can come and read to me, and tuck me in any time you like as long as the book is a short story like War and Peace, I may even show how large my....................is

Brilliant 100% correct, funny you struggled with Squeeze, people local to me struggled with Matt Bianco and were very vocal in their case that you literally had to have been a teen in a tiny window of time to have got him -so brilliant you

Post by maurice »

Logged on to site as i am looking forward to my first visit to cvo in august 2004.
of the last twenty questions i can only answer eighteen of them.
does this mean i wont be allowed in cvo for not passing the entrants exam.
will i be allowed into portugal?
what should have been a pleasant evening looking around cvo has turned into a nightmare.
i darn,t tell the wife she be so dissapointed in me.
glad i took the exam now and not at the airport when we arrived!
i,m going to stay up all night to find the answers to the other two questions
and hopefully we will strolling along the beaches in cvo in august.
i,ll be the one wearing a light blue shirt

Welcome Maurice, didn't mean to distract you from the task of finding out all about CVO, do hope you wont be in big heap poo with your wife but like you say, it will save you hours at the airport, those immigration officials would never accept a mere 18 answers.

Good luck with the other two!!! I know you will have a brilliant time in CVO and when we have you well and truly hooked to the village, you too will start visiting this site every day just to get a little fix of CVO and perhaps a little fix of the the crazy characters who post all sorts on here, somethimes about CVO but often about a whole wide worlds' worth of different subjects but safe in the knowledge that what has drawn them altogether and what swathes through the fact that half on them cannot agree about anything else is the shared love a village in the Algarve called Carvoeiro.

Maddi :)
