We always make a trip out to Zavial which is between Sagres and Lagos, not far from Vila do Bispo. There is a cafe/restaurant where you can get food/drinks etc. Only once has the wind really got up and we were sand blasted.

Zavial is a beautifull beach with a really nice little bar. Parking can get a bit tight in the summer. When my girlfriends are over we normally do a day out to Zavial. When you first get to the beach it doesn't look that big but if you venture around the little bit of rock sticking out you come to the "au natural" section which is a bit quieter. It is a mixture of topless and nudies of all sorts and is a really nice atmosphere. Well worth the visit.
