Yep just up the road from you , a bitter warmer in Portugal though - Roll on July !!

I am always amazed how we bump into people from near Tod seeing as it's so small !

Gary and my dad (who was 80 yrs old that year) had a great flight with Roy and yes you share the costs. My dad still talks about the flight he took. It was one of the best birthday presents ever and the tour took in the coastline up to Sagres and back down to Taveira,wonderful. Go for it.

That is because she has heaps of common sense!

Saying that,I am sure Roy is an excellent pilot but getting into a passenger jet is an ordeal for me in itself.

Check his insurance first though

JF: I work from home so I am always online. Sharen works parttime, but recently she's been working fulltime and doesn't have the time or energy to log on after work.

Let me guess: they are short staffed at work and they won't pay for temporary staff so they make Sharen do double shifts!

She works for the NHS at Lincoln County Hospital. Currently she is doing work a pay-grade above her own hence the fulltime hours. Hopefully, after our holidays she'll be upgraded . . . or she'll stop doing someone else's work for less money.

There seems to be an increasing macho management style in the NHS I know somebody who works at NHS Camden Primary Care Trust. One of the staff in the office has retired but she is not being replaced. They expect the rest of the staff to do her work at the same salary level.When she complained because of the already heavy workload she was told she was not chained to the job and she was free to go! She's been there over 23 years!

Finally the NHS is getting ino the real world, there is no doubt that it is overstaffed and (at senior levels overpaid ) in the non clinical sectors.

Thanks LJ. Believe it or not but I am in the U.K. at present working for the N.H.S. - not Sharen's patch though.

Back in 3 days and looking forward to the sunbed by the pool with a glass of white wine consultancy position
