Top 5 movies

there are just so many great movies and I would definitely include Pulp Fiction in my all-time favourites list. In fact, anything out of Tarantino's or Rodriguez's (Mariachi Trilogy) house is a worthy flick.

hehe yes you are right gambrinus. just so many out there and i also think(at least for myself) i like certain movies better when in certain moods. a more proper question maybe would have been top 5 thrillers top 5 action top 5 horror and so on , but then again would become quite lengthy lists

p.s. rodriguez was also the director of from dusk till dawn wasn`t he?

5 The Deep (but only because I dived the wreck where it was filmed)

I didn't know there was a film of 'the tin drum'. It is easily my favourite book. I'm always cautious about films of books I like in case they have been disneyfied.

Fear not…..I saw it at a film festival in Montreal 1980, I think it was….with English subtitles..... this arty, slightly sleazy, surreal production….. enjoyed in a smokey woozy environment

…I dont remember too much about the film...but disneyfied it is not. ...
But I do remember thinking to myself….if in 25 years time, I have to name my favourite films this will be one of them…..

i`d say hmmmm

1 definatly the LOTR trilogy!

2 pulp fiction

3 jurassic park. maybe better films came out but i know i went to watch that in the cinemas and just really enjoyed it immensly!

4 Storm of the century , one of those stephen king 3 hour something long movies. very nice to watch on a sunday evening with a big bucket of kfc hotwings on the table

5 Fear and loathing in las vegas.

THE TIN DRUM digger who are ye trying to impress..bet ye can,t remember one scene that dosen,t include a horses head full of eels or yer wan scarfin down raw fish...that and eraser head are the best excuses i,ve ever seen for turning on to acid
