hey guys - leave the keep fit pro alone. I was only having a joke - wish I had the energy to do keep fit on hols but my idea of a hol is to take it easy after keeping fit with 2 young sons all year.

Anyway I exercised my eye muscles today. Bought them a football tactics book and my youngest came to me to show a picture of Luis Figo 'stretching his groin and hamstrings from one sitting position' :D :D :D :D :D Gotta go and do more eye exercises

Have to admit I am struggling with the concept of "weights" and "serious athletes", but having stopped sniggering . . . .

Kevin, it all sounds very intimidating - when you are going on holiday and enquired about casual use - the pool, the sea and cardiac hills, will provide plenty of aerobic exercise.

Personally I find very little attractive about "ripped up" men - small heads, no neck, huge body, tiny willy, spots - now footballers, Pammie I am with you there, anyone who can keep going for 90 mins is my type of man.

Mads :)

Hi Maddi,

Beckham is going to Real Madrid so Figo and him in one team - will definitely be watching every match and hoping those shirts come off too :) :) :) I love watching them keeping fit  I'm exhausted thinking about it must go and get a choc bar to keep my energy levels up. By the way I am actually only 8 stone size 10 just fortunate to have fast metabolism   sorry Michael
