PLEASE can you find a home for Daisy

I agree that education is the best way forward . We were on holiday in Antigua a few years ago and they had an education programme started up by volunteer vets . They would visit villages to educate the people about the best way to care for their animals. Not just cats and dogs but working animals as well . We would see huge boards posted up outside the villages telling the people when and what time they would be there so they could bring their animals along . Many Hotel's and also the airport departure lounge, had a charity box to help pay for this scheme . I thought the departure lounge was a great idea for a charity box - most people have a few loose euro's etc in their pockets they don't know what to do with when they get home !!!

Daisy looks beautiful now - good luck to her in the future. I get upset

over the amount of stray cats that are about when we holiday there. I have not fed any cats in a restaurant but if i hgave any food left on my plate it will not go to waste - the cats around the Tropical Bar area bear Rocha Brava have a feast for a couple of weeks.

The difference in Daisy is incredible, but it does take quite a lot of effort & patience, unfortunatey I think a lot of people who get a pet don't think about how much time & effort (let alone cost) it requires to look after them properly & it's ongoing for 10, hopefully more, years or so. Having said that the reward is priceless, constant love & companionship.

Not yet. Not until she's been to the vets on 25 January. I'l let you know when I find out.
