now that the summer has finished perhaps you could give us some cookery classes....how to keep the food hot for three days...stewing brussels for 9 hours...i think your custmoanas deserve the best.

actually when i think about it its not a bad idea cookery classes

dont think anyone else in carvoeiro does it

Surely if you want to know how to stew veg until every ounce of goodness and taste has been eradicated from them you simply have to ask your mum !!! In houses all over the UK, people mainly from a certain generation put the veg on at the same time as the family size chicken

Brussels for 9hrs, oh aldente is it?
Unfortunately as we seem to be open for most of the hours that god (or Cliff to his friends) made, we don't get a lot of time off. If we closed for winter I guess a master class sponsored by Costcutter could be on - oh bums, we're not shutting for winter. Roll on next year...
