Well, you can mock Joey, but if more people kept a look out and were observant quite a few crimes would not happen as the perpetrators would soon scarper as they are cowards when they know they are being watched.

Good footage but I've seen this "mugger" one before and actually it was filmed because the mugger and victim were actually actors performing a mugging scene being filmed for a TV programme. Unfortunately the 2 passers by were totally unaware of this and thought it was a real mugging. In the clip the guy who appears to help at the end is one of the production crew.
