Roy Schuiten ("le Bistroquet") passed away

This morning Roy Schuiten, owner of restaurant "le Bistroquet", has passed away. The former world champion cycling was only 55 years old.

I am really sorry to hear that, what a shame and at such a young age. Condolences to his family.

That really is a shame - we have had many lovely evenings in his Retaurant so I am really am sorry to hear this

HAVING HAD MANY A SUPERB MEAL IN 'LE BISTROQUET' OVER MANY YEARS OF VISITING CARVOEIRO, REALY FOUND IT QUITE A SHOCK TODAY 05/10/2006 TO HEAR OF THE PASSING AWAY OF ROY SCHUITEN.
DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE RESTAURANT IS NOW CLOSED?
ROY SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN A PART OF CARVOEIRO SINCE OUR FIRST VISIT SOME 22 YEARS AGO. WE PASS ON OUR CONDOLENCES TO ALL CONCERNED.
