To the questioner, sorry but I have no idea what the sea conditions will be like either but hope they meet your expectations - maybe you are going on a boat trip and suffer sea sickness

I agree with 'guest'Pammy. Sorry!. Have been swimming there in July and experienced the same sensation. Rather wet, flat, salty.......

I think it is impossible to state any forecasts at this point as you have a week and a half to go. Weather could change within days. Sea conditions are depending on two major factors namely the influence of the moon and of course the weather itself. Hope you have nice conditions though!

Depends on the tide and the beach, incoming tides at Albandeira, Benigil and Centiane best for waves, no high winds in the forecast so would say that all other beaches fairly flat. Mike.
