Festival at end of August in the square?

Am thinking of visiting my favourite place in the world at the end of August (havnt been since 99) and was hoping to book at the same time as the annual festival on the square? Can anyone confirm which weekend it is please? thanks

The local anual fiesta is always on the last Sunday of August, being the 25th this year.

What from does the festival take? Is it all day, what is the best time to go etc?

We are arriving on the 25th ! So I think tottering down to the square is a must
