I just today picked up anew (well new to me anyway) cd rom with the above title..mine was free...and its produced in association with the anglo portuguese chamber of commerce.
quite interesting and clever although rather the AFPOP handbook of old its depressing reading for anyone who thinks living here is simple...with these beaucrats in power im surprised you dont need a licence to breathe
