Sports/Aerobics/Fitness/Yoga in CVO

As I will be living there and know all about the bars and restaurants already, I would like to know where I can go to do Aerobics, fitness or yoga. If anyone has any suggestions for certified sportschools plese give me a hint.

try the gym at Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis - they do fitness, aerobic and other things to keep you in shape (Hope that didnt sound kinda rude

)

Has a fitness room and does regular aerobic lessons. I'm not sure about the frequency during the Winter.

my wife Ingrid does occasional Yoga workshops in CVO, and I'm trying to persuade her to do more. Please see www.ijkyoga.co.uk and do contact her and persuade her to come more often. Also feel free to join any of these Algarve workshops when she runs them - next one isn't till March tho
