Can anyone tell me if the Bote will be open this season?

From what I gather the english guy who took it over last summer and renovated it has not been able to re-lease it this year for financial reasons so the old owner will be opening it himself this summer. Sounds like he has done well for himself there! Lease it out for a year- let someone spend a fortune doing it up then ask a huge amount for the following years rent so that they can't keep it on and he gets it back looking all nice and new!!

Classic case of not having a limitation clause in the lease contarct to protect oneself against unreasonable short term future rents hikes.

I heard that the foam parties are also back on the schedule.
